Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive Dubrovnik
You will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure until you gather with your Tour Director and fellow travelers for a meeting with welcome drink. (WD)
Day 2
Dubrovnik
This morning, enjoy a guided walking tour of Old Dubrovnik, including views of the Rector's Palace, the Bell Tower Clock, Orlando's Column, Sponza Palace, the Dominican Monastery, and the Franciscan Monastery, home to one of the oldest pharmacies in the world. The afternoon is free for leisure. (B)
Day 3
To Split
Travel north along the spectacular Adriatic coast, passing old fishing villages and modern resorts, en route to Split. (B, D)
Day 4
In Split
In the morning, take a sightseeing tour of the historic inner city, built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover Roman, Renaissance, and Gothic landmarks, including Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle, and the Cathedral. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore Split or relax at the beach. (B)
Day 5
To Trogir and Plitvice Lakes
After breakfast, head to Trogir, a hub of artistic and cultural activity. Then travel inland to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Enjoy a walking tour of the lower lakes and take in the park’s stunning natural beauty—sixteen terraced lakes connected by cascading waterfalls and surrounded by lush forests. (B, D)
Day 6
To Opatija, Postojna, Bled, Slovenia
Return to the coast and travel along scenic Kvarner Bay to the elegant resort town of Opatija. After some free time, continue north to Postojna Caves to explore one of Europe’s largest cave systems aboard a miniature electric train. Later, continue to Bled, a picturesque alpine town nestled in the Julian Alps. (B, D)

Bled
Set against the backdrop of towering peaks, Bled was first "discovered" by travelers in the mid-19th century. A sightseeing tour highlights the town, the lakeshore, and stunning views of Bled Castle, perched high on a cliff above the lake. The afternoon is free to explore at your own pace.(B)
Day 8
To Ljubljana and Zagreb, Croatia
Leave the mountains and head to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. See the most significant sights of the old city center on a walking tour. Highlights include the picturesque open-air Central Market, the Three Bridges, Baroque Town Hall, and Robba's Fountain. Then, continue to Zagreb, Croatia’s capital city. (B, D)
Day 9
Zagreb, Croatia
This morning, enjoy a city tour featuring the historic Upper Town, St. Mark’s Church, St. Catherine’s Church, the Cathedral, Parliament, and Government Palace. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the winding streets of the old town. (B)
Day 10
Depart Zagreb
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Zagreb airport for your departure flight. (B)
