Full-service lunch at Fishbone’s Entrée — choose one: Fish & Chips: Tempura fried Icelandic cod, fries, slaw. Chicken Piccata: Served over angel hair pasta with capers, parsley, lemon butter, white wine sauce. Ginger Salmon: Ginger teriyaki glaze, sushi rice, broccoli. Chicken Cobb: Fresh salad greens topped with grilled chicken filet, sliced avocado, egg, tomato, bacon & cheddar cheese. Jambalaya: Spicy blend of shrimp, Andouille sausage, mushrooms and homemade tomato Creole sauce, served with rice. Dessert: Cheesecake.
